A private data is a data about a physical individual, that can enable to identify the individual.

The private data that you may provide, by services

Subscription and donation (HelloAsso)

Goal : creation and maintenance of your subscription

Collected data : email/ first and last name / postal address (option)/ Date of birth (option)/ job (option) [bank information (hidden) ]

Use of the data : the data is stored in our registry in order to communicate with the member of the non-profit.

Newsletters (MailChimp)

goal : sending the newsletter of our non profit

Collected data : email / first and last name / job (option)

Use of the data : Your email address is used to send the newsletters.

Retention time of the data : Your data is stored until you request a suppression.

You can use the link to unsubscribe available in any newsletter to do so at anytime.

Contact form (WordPress)

Goal: Sending message to our non-profit 

Collected data : email / name(option)

Use of the data : Your email address is used to answer back to your message.

Comments (WordPress)

Goal : Sending comments to specific content that is published on the website

Collected data : email (option)/ Name (option)

Use of the data : Your email is used to answer back to your message/comments. When you leave a comment on our website, data collected from the comments form, IP address and browser user are collected to help detecting spam comments.

How we are protecting your data

None of the private data is published without the knowledge of individual, neither it is shared, forwarded, given or sold on any services platform.

Our relationship to external services

We are using external services to manipulate data (google contact, google drive, gmail, …) and theses services abide to the same regulation in respect to the GDPR.

Private right actions

You have a right of information, access, modification and opposition to any private data that relate to you. You can as well request to delete any of your personal data.
